Our New Canaan studio is a spa-like oasis with intimate class sizes led by friendly, attentive and highly experienced instructors. Our one-hour, body sculpting barre classes incorporate mindful movement and exercises to help tone and tighten every muscle group. You will build strength, confidence and community with each of our in-person classes.
